| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Previously reported problem; having difficulty obtaining dealer repairs of the recalled part and, especially, the parts broken as a direct result of the hood latch failure at 70 mph. the dealer, with multiple prompts from the chevrolet corporate complaint dept, have agreed to only fix the hood latch - they will only repair the dented hood and broken windshield after one of their 'factory reps' agree to it. they cannot give any concrete date when this person will be in town, but they, " ...will call when he gets in". meanwhile, i don't have a car to drive! this is southern california; we put on our cars in the morning before leaving the house- without a car we are disabled. please help. thank you, thank you, thank you for this website. *ak |
