Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Purchased car in july taken back first of water leaking through floorboard and windows seals replaced and under dash sealed next incident was while traveling down ptsm blvd at 35- 40 mph attempting to slow down for stop light, car geared up i had two feet on the brakes and blowing my horn so the women in front of me would either move or get out of the way, popped car into neutral to attempt at getting motor or transmission to gear down , standing in seat just about car lurched forward, light changed and normal operation resumed parked car in parking lot and had towed in chyrsler damler notified by dealer and sent special investigator dick perkins down from dtroit who said he would be back in touch with us after he had the car looked over, that was last week. picked up my caron wendsday dealership said they were to stay out of it but they believed there was nothing wrong. took car home that day without any documentation that the car was safe they stated that wouldcome from detroit. next day had to go out of town for school vechicle then according to dealeship blew a transmission hose, which still at this time was not replaced. they had to "order the parts" thought transmission hoses were available any where. the problem is i am afraid to drive this vechile at this point i don't know what is going to happen with it next or where i was very lucky each time. the first i could have seriously injured my self or someone else the second time i was lucky again to be in an area where people were to help get it off the road any suggestions would be appreciated thank you jmcollins. *ak |
