| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My hyundai sonata's alignment is substantially out of factory specifications. the right camber was -0.7 (factory specification +/- 0.3). the difference between left and right camber was 1.00 (factory specifications +/- 0.3). after two repair attempts at carousel hyundai, 1360 wilmington pike, west chester, pa 19382, tel. 610-399-1200 the car has now the following specifications right camber -0.5 (factory specifications +/- 0.3) and the difference between left and right camber is 0.7 (factory specifications +/- 0.3). the car currently pulls to the left and is not safe to drive in the long run. the dealership and hyundai motors of america currently show no willingness to get the car into factory specifications even so the item are covered for 12 months 12,000 miles. the car has not suffered any abuse and most of the miles were driven from ut to pa on highway (2,200 miles). *ak |
