| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated that he found recall 98v323000 for the 1995 ford taurus on 05/1999. he misplaced this letter years ago. he took the vehicle to a ford dealership, and they stated that they couldn't find the recall for structure: frame & member . he stated that the dealership would not fix this recall for him. the contact took the vehicle sayville ford in sayville, ny, and they informed the contact that they couldn't repair the recall. the contact stated that he called the manufacturer, and they informed the contact that the vehicle is not involved in the recall. the failure mileage was 30,000, and the current mileage was 93,400. *ak the consumer would like ford to honor the recall regardless of the fact the consumer misplaced and found the document at later date. the consumer provided the recall letter. update 5/4/07*tr |
