Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While driving on highway heard a rubbing noise. pulled over, and two rear tires were turned in. contacted dealer, and was told that upper control arm broke because they were not properly lubricated. was also told that this vehicle was not designed where consumer could reach to lubricate. in addition, vehicle was making noise when putting it in reverse, and was not able to steer car because power steering pump seal went out and fluid leaked onto the ground. *ak
