| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle downshifted into passing gear while driving down a hill and vehicle accelerated. brakes did not response, causing consumer to run into a bus and telephone pole. also, dual airbags did not deploy. but, cover came off, resulting in a broken hip and pelvis. prior to this accident consumer was complaining about transmission. but, dealer stated it was not important. *ak |
