Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While switching into second gear motorcycle jumped forward and the owner applied brakes, but motorcycle did not stop. owner had to drive up onto a hill in order to make motorcycle stop. dealer has seen the vehicle and can find no problem. consumer thinks that the vehicle is has poor design because the rear brake arm is located over top of the right heel peg instead of under, this results in a tendency to press the brake arem rather than the brake pedal. *ak
