| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: According to manufacturer, century model # 4750, dom 01-01-96 css was on recall. was to sent out repair kit approximately 5 weeks ago for seat latch problem. told not to use seat until repaired. called manufacturer back & informed consumer it was on back order & will notify upon receipt. aug 3, called century & was informed no longer had kit for latch. was told to buy new seat & would send refund check of $50 after old seat was sent back. not satisfied w/receipt of 1/3 the cost of seat. consumer wants entire refund or new seat replacement. *ak |
