| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 1994 chrysler new yorker in 1998. every summer the air conditioning has failed. a chrysler technician informed me that there is a problem with the air conditioning component in the 1994 new yorker. i contacted chrysler corp. to inquire if there is indeed a problem, and if other owners had the same problem their answer was no. after visiting the complaint section of this site, i see that is not the case. do i have any recourse available to me? |
