| Defect Summary : Equipment description: aftermarket running board kits installed on minivans. a jack adapter sold in some of these running board kits can create an unstable vehicle condition when it is used with the jack to raise the vehicle. | Consequence Summary: The vehicle could fall off the jack increasing the risk of personal injury to persons working on the vehicle. |
