| Defect Summary : Vehicle description: passsenger vehicles. some of these vehicles have a poorly manufactured vacuum check valve located in the vacuum hose between the intake manifold and brake vacuum booster. |
Consequence Summary: When the brake pedal is depressed, the vacuum booster check valve can stick to the valve body, causing in a reduction or loss of vacuum boost resulting in decrease in brake efficiency. |
| Corrective Summary : Dealers will replace the brake vacuum hose on these vehicles. |
