| Defect Summary : The fasteners securing the compressed natural gas (cng) roof-mounted fuel tank lids were not properly installed and/or maintained. |
Consequence Summary: If the fasteners fail to hold the fuel tank lids properly, the lids would come off during the operation of the vehicle increasing the risk of a vehicle accident. |
| Corrective Summary : Chance coach is developing a modification kit to enhance the fastening of the roof fuel tank. until that kit is available, owners should make sure that the fuel tank is securely fastened. |
