Defect Summary : At the taper pin end of the torque rod is a metal and rubber bushing. this bushing begins to unseat, or "walks-out." | Consequence Summary: Once the bushing begins to walk out, the torque rod can break allowing the rear axle of the bus to improperly track leading to a loss of control. |
