Consequence Summary: Slippage of the harness webbing can occur which can result in loosening of the harness straps during a vehicle crash increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupant. |
Corrective Summary : Evenflo will provide a harness adjuster retrofit kit and detailed instructions to owners. |
