| Defect Summary : Equipment description: aluma dual truck wheels. these wheels have a circumferential weld that is used in wheel assembly. at the overlap of the weld, a crack in the weld area can occur. | Consequence Summary: The wheel and tire unit can experience a slow air leak. |
