| Defect Summary : Vehicle description: glaval conversion vans and pickup trucks. the retainer clips were not removed from the rear brake drum wheel stud bolts prior to the installation of a custom wheel. | Consequence Summary: The wheel can appear to be or can actually go out of balance and could crack in the lug nut area increasing the risk of a vehicle crash. |
