| Defect Summary : During installation of the rear seats, the drills used to create pilot holes for mounting the rear seat penetrated the fuel tank crossover pipe located behind the rear spring hanger bracket above the rear spring. the damaged fuel lines can cause fuel leakage. | Consequence Summary: Fuel leakage from the damaged fuel line can resultin a fire if exposed to a source of ignition. |
