| Defect Summary : The electric motor powering the reclining child seat is powered by the automobile battery/auxilliary power system through the cigarette lighter. the wiring used to connect the child seat to the cigarette lighter overheats and melts the plastic wire covering. | Consequence Summary: Wiring overheating and melting its covering can resultin an increased risk of interior compartment fire. |
