| Defect Summary : Insufficient torquing of bolts on the clamps used to secure adjoining sections of the exhaust system can cause the sections to separate from the clamps, and can allow exhaust gas to leak under the vehicle. | Consequence Summary: If the exhaust system separates under an operating vehicle, exhaust gas can migratie into the interior of the bus. |
