| Defect Summary : The fuel tank cage assembly bolts mounting the vertical straps to the horizontal angle were assembled with the threaded end of the bolts facing the fuel tank. | Consequence Summary: If the fuel tank cage is struck with sufficient force itis possible for the bolts to pierce the fuel tank and cause fuel leakage.fuel leakage exposed to a source of ignition can result in a fire. |
