| Defect Summary : Wiring of the tell-tale module, located in the rear gate unlock-unlatch mechanism, causes the rear brakes to be applied and the rear gate to unlatch when the instrument panel push-to-test light is pressed. |
Consequence Summary: When the rear brakes are applied unexpectedly with thevehicle in motion, standing passengers in the bus are exposed to increase riskof injury because of the sudden stop. |
