| Defect Summary : Incorrect lubricant was used in the gear box of the inboard style support leg assembly and the gear ratio of the assembly results in diminishing the self-locking aspect of the unit. this causes the assembly to retract in an uncontrolled and unexpected manner. | Consequence Summary: The rapid, uncontrolled, and unexpected rotation of thesupport leg can result in injury to the operator of the support leg mechanism. |
