Defect Summary : A misadjusted transmission cable can allow the engine to be started while the transmission is in a forward or reverse drive gear. Consequence Summary: The vehicle can be started and then move in an unexpecteddirection, resulting in a vehicle crash without prior warning. the vehicle alsofails to comply with the requirements of fmvss 102.
