| Defect Summary : The center bracket, one of the three used to hold the grab handle in place, contains a rivet which may not be properly align. this allows a small gap to exist between the rivet head and the bracket. consequence of defect: a ring on a finger could be caught in the gap and result in personal injury to a person getting out or into the cab. | Consequence Summary: |
