| Defect Summary : On certain trailers, stainless steel mounting bolts of a lesser grade were used in lieu of the standard grade 8 carbon steel bolts to attach the pintle hooks. | Consequence Summary: This could result in separation of the towed vehicle from the semi-trailer which could result in a crash. |
