| Defect Summary : Certain my 2007 thomas built c2 saf-t-liner school buses and freightliner business class m2, fccc b2, and s2 bus chassis manufactured between july 3 and november 3, 2006. |
Consequence Summary: Under certain conditions, the park brake or work brake may fail allowing the vehicle to roll, possibly resulting in personal injury. also, the stop lamps may intermittently fail to illuminate when the service brake is applied. |
