| Defect Summary : On certain motor coaches, the electrical wiring harness located behind the rear toilet was not properly installed. as a result, rubbing can occur on the outside wire insulation causing the insulation to wear away and eventually cause subsequent arcing. | Consequence Summary: This could lead to a short circuit and possibly a subsequent fire. |
