| Defect Summary : Certain motor homes had a water line (thermoid value-flex/gs) installed to the aqua-hot heating system unit ("aqua hot") when a fuel line should have been used. | Consequence Summary: The incorrect line may allow seepage of fuel and vapors into the bay area of the motor home, creating the potential for an explosion or fire which could result in personal injury. |
