| Defect Summary : Certain flat floor school buses were built with the incorrect hydraulic brake drop hoses from frame to axle. the hoses installed were 3 inches shorter than specified and may fail from tension caused by axle articulation. |
Consequence Summary: This hose failure will result in the loss of rear brakes, increasing the risk of a crash. |
