| Defect Summary : Vehicle description: trailers. these trailers fail to comply with the requirements of fmvss no. 121, "air brake systems." these trailers fail to provide primary continuous power to the rear pintle hook electrical connector for the anti-lock braking system as required by the standard. | Consequence Summary: A non-functioning trailer abs could allow the trailer to skid, increasing the risk of a crash. |
