| Defect Summary : Vehicle description: medium duty trucks. the diesel engine fuel shut off solenoid contains insufficient waterproof protection with the electromagnetic solenoid coil windings. | Consequence Summary: Water entry into the internal coil windings of the solenoid can cause the coil windings to short circuit and not allow the vehicle to start. |
