| Defect Summary : Vehicle description: cement mixers. one or more of the four cab mounting bolts can punch through the sheet metal floor allowing the cab to drop or tilt and then contact the steering mechanism. | Consequence Summary: This condition can jam the steering mechanism preventing the vehicle from being turned in any direction. |
